About Jina Park

Jina Park is Chief Strategy Officer at AIRS Medical, where she leads global commercial operations and revenue strategy while helping ensure product development remains aligned with market needs, customer priorities and commercial objectives.

Her career spans healthcare data, real-world evidence, health economics and outcomes research, payer strategy, advanced analytics and healthcare technology commercialization.

Before becoming Chief Strategy Officer, Jina led AIRS Medical’s U.S. commercial organization across sales, business development, marketing and customer success. Prior to AIRS Medical, she held leadership roles at Komodo Health, where she developed healthcare data and cloud-based SaaS solutions for pharmaceutical companies, medical technology companies, the FDA, CROs, data providers and consultancies. She also founded and led a multidisciplinary advanced analytics team spanning biostatistics, epidemiology, data engineering and analytics.

Earlier in her career, Jina spent seven years at Novartis in health economics, real-world evidence, data innovation and payer communications. Her work included developing claims- and EHR-based predictive algorithms across the U.S., Europe and Australia and building data-driven frameworks to support payer engagement and reimbursement strategy. Her experience also includes the FDA’s Division of Neurology Products and AbbVie.

Jina holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Michigan and a Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Pharmaceutical Health Services Research, with a focus on biostatistics and epidemiology, at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.

Why interview Jina

Healthcare AI succeeds or fails in the space between technical performance and real-world adoption.

Jina has worked across that entire continuum: generating clinical and economic evidence, developing healthcare analytics, supporting payer strategy, commercializing data and SaaS technologies, building U.S. market operations and now aligning global product and commercial strategy for an AI medical imaging company.

She can speak not only to what healthcare AI can do, but to what companies must prove, and what healthcare organizations need to evaluate, before AI delivers meaningful clinical, operational and financial value.

Suggested discussion topics

Strong technical performance is only the beginning. Jina can discuss why evidence, workflow fit, economics, implementation, stakeholder alignment and trust often determine whether healthcare AI moves beyond a successful pilot into routine use.

Regulatory clearance establishes that a technology can enter the market; it does not automatically create adoption. Jina can explain what health systems should evaluate next, from real-world evidence and workflow integration to operational impact and measurable value.

Benchmark performance and retrospective validation tell only part of the story. Drawing on her background in HEOR and RWE, Jina can discuss how evidence should evolve as AI moves into clinical practice, and which outcomes matter to clinicians, health systems, payers and patients.

The value of AI has to translate into something the organization can measure. Jina can discuss how improvements in imaging performance can connect to capacity, staffing, patient access, capital utilization, workflow efficiency and financial return.

Healthcare products operate within clinical workflows, IT environments, regulatory requirements, reimbursement structures and complex buying committees. Jina can speak to why market strategy and product development need to inform one another from the beginning.

Pharma has spent decades building evidence around outcomes, economic value and access. With experience spanning both pharmaceutical RWE and medical imaging AI, Jina can discuss where those disciplines intersect and what emerging healthcare technology companies can learn from them.

An MRI has traditionally been interpreted as a single examination. Quantitative imaging creates the possibility of measuring and following anatomical change over time. Jina can discuss what this shift means for imaging strategy, longitudinal care and the move toward more proactive healthcare.

Clinical needs may be universal, but regulatory pathways, reimbursement, procurement, healthcare delivery and buying behavior are not. Jina can discuss what healthcare technology companies need to understand when moving from one market to a multi-region commercial strategy.
